We loved the spacious and clean apartment with lots of natural light and amazing views of the city. The owner's attention to detail and amenities like the Nespresso machine and memory foam pillows made our stay even more comfortable. The rooftop terrace was a great spot to enjoy a drink and take in the breathtaking views. I absolutely loved the charming decor of this hotel. The traditional Italian furnishings and elegant touches throughout the general areas made me feel like I was truly immersed in the local culture. The hotel's accessibility for senior people was also remarkable. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, making sure that all my needs were met and providing assistance whenever necessary. I truly felt at ease and comfortable throughout my stay.
The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is for the children working there to be a bit more attentive. While they were pleasant and friendly, there were moments when I felt they could have been a bit more proactive in providing information and assistance.

I didn't want to leave and recommend the property. There was huge and reasonably large room with a juliet balcony, great beds plus 2 separate bedrooms. Shower facilities, a hairdryer, and a bidet were available...

The rooms were spacious and clean, with beautiful views from the windows. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and close to all the major attractions. I also loved the rooftop terrace, it offered stunning views of the city and was a great place to relax.
I had a bit of trouble getting through the entrance door, it was quite low and I had to bend down to enter. It was a bit inconvenient, but it didn't ruin my overall experience.

The apartment at Casa Santa Sofia in Palermo was perfect for my family. The three bedrooms provided enough space for everyone, and we loved the cozy living room where we could relax together. Having a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge and a coffee machine was a great convenience. We could prepare our own meals and enjoy them at the dining table in the apartment. The private entrance made us feel like we had our own little home in Palermo. It added a sense of privacy and security to our stay. The apartment provided bed linen and towels, which saved us from having to bring our own. It was a nice touch and made our stay more comfortable. The flat-screen TV in the apartment was a bonus. It allowed us to unwind and watch some movies after a long day of exploring the city.
Personally, I found the bidet in the bathroom to be unnecessary. It's just not something I'm used to using, but I understand that others might appreciate having it available.

the apartment is special, with a fantastic location in the heart of Palermo's old town. It's surprisingly quiet, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep, yet it's just a step away from the bustling city center. the highlight of the apartment is the amazing terrace, where we spent some great time. We were also impressed by the fast response of the host in fixing the broken internet, which made our stay even better. a 10/10 experience. Cons: Couldn't fault 👌🏼.

The apartment at Casa Santa Sofia was absolutely amazing! The living room was cozy and the fully equipped kitchen made cooking a breeze. The 3 bedrooms were comfortable and the private entrance was a nice touch. I loved having a flat-screen TV and a coffee machine too. it felt like a home away from home for a budget traveler like me!
The only downside was that there was no air-conditioning in the apartment. But hey, it's Palermo, and some people might prefer the natural breeze.
